You can unlock Cyclops by completing six daily missions, although you may have to do this multiple times as there are numerous daily mission figures.
Trivia
- During the Mulan Update he was a Prize Machine character but was changed to a Daily Missions character in the Incredibles Movie for mysterious reasons
